DTG - Direct-to-Garment Printing
Direct-to-garment, or DTG, printing is our flagship technology that offers an amazing array of options and art for any project. As the name may give away, with this method, images are printed directly on fabric via a specialized printer, much like what you would expect in an office, only bigger, better, and designed specifically for printing on fabric. It allows us to print FULL COLOR images and text with NO set-up charges and NO minimum orders. Customers can even supply their own artwork from Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, and most other image files (jpg, png, tiff, etc.) and we can print them onto t-shirts for them at 600 dpi (dots per inch). What does that mean to you? PHOTOGRAPHS and vivid FULL COLOR graphics that are typically cost prohibitive to individuals or small businesses.
Embroidery
Embroidered shirts are a favorite item when you want your logo to be noticed and recognized again and again. Whether it’s an embroidered polo shirt, embroidered denim shirt, embroidered sweatshirt, or embroidered tee shirt, you will surely be noticed.
Heat Transfers
Heat transfer vinyls are a great way to customize jerseys, sweats, and more. Ideal for small orders or sports jerseys. Heat transferred vinyl is great for names, numbers, simple text, and logos. MultiCut™ heat transfer vinyl is designed for producing logos, numbers, letters and other graphic images on a variety of fabrics like cotton, cotton/polyester, nylon and fabrics that have been dyed. These innovative heat transfer vinyl will produce professional garments quickly, easily and cost-effectively. Heat transfer vinyl is superior to screen printing in that it will never crack or fade.

We use the latest screen printing techniques, which means, NO screens or chemicals, NO set-up fees, and NO minimum orders. While new technologies and methods have emerged, especially for t-shirt printing, screen printing remains both cost-effective and attractive.
